Phonics songs

This is a phonics song with a word to remember. For our chinese teaching class in elementary, they already began to use a some way as we learn English. Like ㄅ爸爸ㄅ, it's the same way as we do when learning the alphabet.










These cute little hemesters are so catchy for children to learn. With their cutey action and brisk melody, I think is good to atract children's attention.

Reflection on Chung-Kai's blog

I think he gave new beginner of web 2.0 a very basic and brief concept. It's very helpful and clear to know the genral web 2.0. The common structure of his blog are clear and well organize, he make classify clearly, with the plain topic of each article. Also, he put some music box in his blog so that the vistior can enjoy his blog pretty well. Unlike the most blogger in wretch, he didn't put too much java which would slow down the loading speed. I'm quite enjoy reading his blog.

Podcasting

Podcasting is sort of software for recording on the Internet. These records can be download to mobile phone or iPod, etc. Podcasting is taking a concept of DVRs which provide record function to pre-record the program then you can watch it when you have time. It was different from shoutcast and darwin, podcasting mainly let the audience listen to the on-line radio whenever they want except the broadcasting time. So, podcasting itself connect to RSS 2.0 which provide enclosures to let the audience can directly link to the program they want.

Mostly, podcast software will provide several function:

1)subscribe RSS

2)automatically or arrange the download process of media

3)integrated the media, like iTune4

4)Use Bit Torrent for the way to transmit

Reflect on what Web 2.0 is

　　I think Web 2.0 is a good way for people to comunicate. Before Web 2.0, we're receiving news passively and just take it without digest. At that time, we have no opportunity to decide what kind of news or information we really need, in other words, the way we know about the world was controlled by the reporter. For now, we can build our own blog and post everything we felt or encountered. In the Web 2.0 world, everyone is reporter and the world getting more closer because of the speed of delivering message become instantly.

Self Introduction

　　I'm a junior student from Englissh department of Provience University. My name is Dolphin, and my hobby is dancing and using computer to comunicate with the whole world. Just like my name Dolphin, though dolphin can not really comunicate with people, somehow dolphin still can find a way to understand. It's nothing to do with language but related with animals' common language. Talking about dancing it should go back to when I was a little girl from elementary school. I was attracted by the dancer's fascinating dress and I want to be one of them, shining on the stage. From my junior high until now, I had been a cheer leader and performer of fresh man camping and English night. Moreover, I had been a choreographer of teachers during their banquet and for the freshman camping.

　　Of course, English is my major and I want to be a professional interpreter. I seize every chances to train my translated skiil and be prepare for any contingency. They are both important to a interpreter to achieve the job and make it perfect. As I mention before, I'm enjoy in using computer and use it well, so I want to learn more about learing language throuh computer and use it to maximum.
